Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via Express Shipping.

Processing & Dispatch

Our shipping days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same business day wherever possible.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST will be dispatched on the next business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday, or at any time on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed and dispatched from the following Monday.

Weekend Shipping

We do not process or dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Express Shipping

All orders are sent using an express shipping service. Please note that express shipping refers to the shipping method used once your order has been dispatched and does not guarantee next-business-day delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays, weather events or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
