How can I book an appointment?
Our online booking system allows you to schedule your appointment in advance. If your preferred date isn’t available, please call us at 02 9521 2816 or email bookings@hausofvakai.com. Additional appointments or cancellations may be available.
Why is my final price different from the online package price?
Online package prices are based on the basic components of each service. Your final quote on the day may vary depending on additional inclusions, such as tip-outs, freehand techniques, or lowlights. A complete quote will always be provided before starting your service.
What are Emerging Artist Packages?
Emerging Artist Packages offer services at a reduced rate with our artists who are still refining their skills.
Prices for these services may increase depending on additional inclusions, similar to standard packages.
Why can’t I find some services in the online booking system?
Certain complex services aren’t available to book online. Please visit our Services page for a full list. To book these services, call us at 02 9521 2816 or email bookings@hausofvakai.com.
Can I book an appointment with Kaine?
Kaine is unable to accept new clients due to limited availability. If you’d like, we’d be happy to recommend another stylist suited to your needs. Simply email us at bookings@hausofvakai.com.
Are package prices fixed?
Package pricing shown online may not reflect the full cost of your service, as additional steps or techniques may be required to achieve your desired result. A complete quote will be provided before your service begins.
Cancellations & Deposits
Cancellations
Appointments cannot be canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time. No-shows will incur a 50% charge of the service cost.
Deposits
Deposits must be paid at least 3 days before your appointment. If the deposit is not settled by this time, the salon will cancel your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but they are transferable when changing an appointment outside our cancellation period.
Shipping & Returns

What is the delivery time and cost for shipped orders?
All orders are shipped via Express Post and typically arrive within 1–3 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, pickup is available from Tuesday to Saturday during our trading hours.
Return Policy
Products can be returned within 7 days of purchase. Hair products must be unused and returned within 7 days of receiving the items to qualify for a return or refund.
