Why our education...
Haus of Vakai Education is built on real salon experience, led by a team that lives and breathes the industry every day. At the centre of it is Kaine Vakai, known for his innovative approach to colour and extensions and for delivering education across the world. Alongside him is his husband Ayden Vakai, who brings the business lens, helping stylists understand how to turn their skills into a profitable, sustainable career. Another leader in the education experience is Emma, the salons manager and Master Colourist. Emma is know for her signature Grey Blending techniques, helping women of all ages into embracing their natural beauty.
The team is rounded out by Grace and Taylor, who bring fresh, on the floor perspectives and real client work into the education space. Grace is taking lead alongside Kaine in the extension education space, she has become well established in her role as the salons extension specialist.
What makes Haus of Vakai different is that nothing is created just for show. Every technique, system, and approach is tested daily in a busy salon environment, with real clients and real expectations. This workshop is designed to be fully tailored to your salon and team. Whether your focus is blonding, grey blending, colour corrections, lived-in colour, extensions, social media or overall business growth .We customise the day to suit your goals and the areas your team wants to elevate most.
We break down the full colour service from start to finish through live model demonstrations, beginning with consultation and working through technique selection, foil placement, visual colouring, glossing and creating longevity while maintaining the integrity of the hair.
Throughout the workshop we focus on working smarter behind the chair — understanding placement, dimension, depth and how to customise techniques for each individual client and desired result.

Social Media + Content
We also incorporate social media throughout the day, teaching your team how we capture content in real time, create reels, understand lighting/angles and understand the power of socials while still working efficiently in salon. We will also share our Social Media Ebook complimentary with your team.
Business Breakdown
Will also provide an overview of our business structure and behind-the-scenes systems including social media scheduling, branding, budgeting, client experience, team culture and the operational side of scaling a salon brand. This section is fully open discussion and tailored to your questions and business goals.

If you wish to add an additional artist (Emma), this can be arranged for:
