HOV X TIMELY

1. Promoter

The promoter of this promotion is Kaine Vakai Hair Artistry Pty Ltd, trading as Haus of Vakai, ABN 82 632 268 314, of 159 Oak Road, Kirrawee NSW 2232, Australia (Promoter).

Timely is a promotional partner in connection with the promotion but is not the Promoter unless otherwise expressly stated.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 6:00 PM AEST on 16 August 2026 and closes at 9:00 AM AEST on 20 August 2026 (Promotion Period).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents only.

The relevant classes will be held in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Entrants must have a valid Instagram account and comply with Instagram's applicable terms and policies.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

• Follow @kainevakaihair, @hausofvakai_salon, @aydenvakaihair and @timely on Instagram;
• Like the competition post;
• Comment "OFFER" on the competition post;
• Tag 2 friends; and
• Complete any other entry requirements expressly stated in the competition post.

Entries must be submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the instructions contained in the competition post.

The competition post and these Terms and Conditions must contain consistent entry requirements.

5. Prize

There are 12 event tickets to be awarded as part of this promotion, valued at AUD $599 excl. GST per ticket.

Tickets are valid for eligible Haus of Colour Correction, Blondes and Extensions Classes taking place in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Winners may select their preferred city and eligible class, subject to availability.

The prize includes the event ticket only. Travel, accommodation and any other costs associated with attending the event are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.

Tickets are valid only for the applicable 2026 tour and cannot be transferred or carried over to any future tours, events or classes.

If a winner is unable to attend an available eligible class during the 2026 tour, their prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entrant selected by random draw, subject to applicable law and any regulatory requirements.

The prize is not redeemable for cash and no cash alternative will be offered.

Winners may pay the applicable upgrade fee to upgrade their ticket to a two-day pass, subject to availability at their selected location.

6. Existing Ticket Holders

Entrants who have already purchased a ticket to an eligible event are still eligible to enter the promotion.

If an existing ticket holder wins, the promotional ticket may be transferred by the winner to a friend or another eligible person, subject to the recipient meeting the eligibility requirements in these Terms and Conditions and any applicable ticketing or event conditions.

No refund, reimbursement, credit or other compensation will be provided in respect of any ticket already purchased by a winner before winning this promotion.

7. Winner Selection

The winner(s) will be selected by random draw from all valid and eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place at 9:00 AM AEST on 20 August 2026.

Entrants do not need to be present at the draw to win.

The winner(s) will be announced on 20 August 2026 via the Instagram accounts of Haus of Vakai and/or Timely.

8. Winner Notification

Winner(s) will be notified on 20 August 2026 via Instagram Direct Message using the Instagram account associated with their entry.

Winner(s) may also be announced publicly via the Instagram accounts of Haus of Vakai and/or Timely.

Entrants should be cautious of fraudulent or impersonation accounts. The Promoter will only contact winners from its official @kainevakaihair Instagram account and/or via business@kainevakai.co.

The Promoter will not request payment, banking passwords or other sensitive financial information as a condition of claiming a prize.

9. Claiming the Prize and Unclaimed Prize Draw

A winner must respond to the Promoter and provide any reasonably requested information necessary to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize within 7 days of being notified.

The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact each winner.

If a winner:

• cannot be contacted;
• does not respond within the applicable claim period;
• is found to be ineligible; or
• otherwise fails to claim the prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions,

the prize may be forfeited, subject to applicable law and any regulatory requirements.

If a prize remains unclaimed after the applicable 7-day claim period, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 9:00 AM AEST on 28 August 2026, from the remaining valid and eligible entries, subject to applicable law and any regulatory requirements.

Any replacement winner(s) will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message and may also be publicly announced via the Instagram accounts of Haus of Vakai and/or Timely.

10. Publicity and Winner Announcements

By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees that, if selected as a winner, Haus of Vakai and Timely may publish and use their:

• first name and/or surname;
• Instagram username or social media handle; and
• reasonable details regarding their status as a promotion winner,

for the purpose of administering and announcing the outcome of the promotion, including in social media posts, stories, websites, email communications and other promotional channels.

This consent is provided without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

11. Winner and Entrant Content

Where an entrant or winner publishes content relating to the promotion, prize or event and tags, mentions or otherwise identifies Haus of Vakai or Timely, they grant Haus of Vakai and Timely permission to reshare or repost that content through their owned social media channels.

The entrant or winner retains ownership of their original content.

Haus of Vakai and Timely may attribute reposted content to the relevant social media account where appropriate.

This clause does not require an entrant or winner to create or publish content as a condition of claiming the prize unless expressly stated in the entry requirements.

12. Personal Information

Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of:

• administering and conducting the promotion;
• verifying entrant eligibility;
• contacting and verifying winners;
• arranging fulfilment of prizes;
• announcing winners where permitted by these Terms and Conditions; and
• complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Information may be disclosed to Timely and to service providers, contractors, prize suppliers, technology providers or regulatory authorities where reasonably necessary for those purposes.

13. Instagram

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

By entering, each entrant acknowledges that the promotion is being conducted by the Promoter and not Instagram and releases Instagram from any liability arising in connection with the promotion to the extent permitted by law.

Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not Instagram.

14. Verification and Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:

• submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
• tampers with or attempts to interfere with the entry process or operation of the promotion;
• submits fraudulent, misleading or automated entries;
• engages in conduct that may compromise the fairness or integrity of the promotion; or
• otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.

Any decision to disqualify an entrant will be made reasonably.

15. General

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and abbreviated terms appearing in promotional material, these Terms and Conditions will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, subject to applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, subject to any rights they may have under applicable laws in their own State or Territory.
